Selecting new leaders?

David Brooks in his July 5, 2016 column in the New York Times Clueless or Crazy" (http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/05/opinion/choosing-leaders-clueless-or-crazy.html?rref=collection%2Fcolumn%2Fdavid-brooks&action=click&contentCollection=opinion&region=stream&module=stream_unit&version=latest&contentPlacement=2&pgtype=collection) laments the American electoral processes, the decline of quality among our prospective leaders, and calls for better quality leadership.

As noted in the Action Manual, especially Chapter 4 "The Back Story," no personalities, no matter how qualified, have any chance of  offering significant social change in American society.

We need a new CULTURE of public values and a collective consciousness. It is the new social ethos which will guide behavior.  Individuals and leaders are both subject to conditioning processes of the underlying ethos.  Change the ethos and individuals and leadership will evolve for the better.

With havin so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I've either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being ripped off? I'd truly appreciate it.

Good day! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could get a captcha plugin for my comment form? I'm using the same blog platform as yours and I'm having difficulty finding one? Thanks a lot!

Yesterday, while I was at work, my sister stole my iphone and tested to see if it can survive a 30 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!

Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your content seem to be running off the screen in Chrome. I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I figured I'd post to let you know. The layout look great though! Hope you get the problem resolved soon. Kudos

    Dear commentators:
Thanks for the kind words. I think the ideas are important and timely enough to be spread as much as possible. These who sincerely want smart governance and a way to get beyond the chronic disfunction we have now in America ought to be provoked and perhaps activated.

    Gracia,
I will ask the Jimdo support folks to have a look at this. I am not experiencing it nor have anyone else brought to my attention.
    Thanks for the feedback.

    Charlene,
I am using Jimdo.com here for this (and other sites.) It is easy to use, has great customer support, and is inexpensive. Good luck!
